Are your products safe and regulated?

Yes, all of our products are manufactured by professionals in FDA-compliant facilities. We follow FDA regulations to ensure safety and quality for every product.

What is your shipping, return, and refund policy?

Shipping is covered by the customer unless the order is over $60, in which case it’s free. Returns are accepted for any issues with the product during transit or if not delivered. Refunds are honored within 7 days of delivery.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Currently, we offer free shipping on orders over $60, $5 off orders over $50, and $10 off orders over $100. We’ll be rolling out a special discount for first-time customers who sign up for emails soon!

Where are your products sourced, and are the ingredients listed?

Our products are mostly sourced from the US, except for items like Mystical Mud, which require international sourcing. All ingredients are clearly listed on both product descriptions and labels.

Are your products cruelty-free and environmentally conscious?

Yes! Our products are cruelty-free, and we strive to minimize waste in our daily operations, including limiting paper use wherever possible.

Are your products FDA-approved?

While dietary supplements don’t require FDA approval, all of our products comply with FDA regulations and are manufactured in FDA-compliant facilities for safety and quality.

How long does order fulfillment take?

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to fulfill before shipping. Larger orders (more than 10 items) may take 3-10 business days.

What are your shipping times?

  • US Domestic Regular: 1-4 business days via USPS
  • US Domestic Express: 1-3 business days via USPS Priority
  • International (Canada, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia): 2-5 business days via FedEx

What is your return, refund, and replacement policy?

We accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 14 days of receipt. Claims for lost items in transit must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

What happens if my order was returned or rejected by customs?

If an order is returned due to customs rejection or an unclaimed shipment, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. Please check customs regulations for your country to avoid any issues.
